Are there fees for using Dreamscape Travel Co.?

No. Dreamscape Travel Co. does not currently charge a separate planning fee for travel services.

Your vacation cost is paid through the travel supplier, such as the resort, cruise line, tour company, or vacation package provider. Dreamscape Travel Co. is compensated by travel suppliers, which allows you to receive planning support and booking assistance at no additional planning cost.

Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking online myself?

A travel advisor gives you guidance that a booking website cannot.

Dreamscape Travel Co. helps you narrow down choices, understand supplier rules, compare vacation options, stay organized, and avoid feeling overwhelmed during the planning process. Instead of simply booking a trip, Dreamscape takes an intentional approach so your vacation fits your goals, budget, travel style, and timing.

You also receive clear communication, next-step guidance, and support before and during travel.

What types of trips does Dreamscape Travel Co. help plan?

Can you accommodate special requests or celebrations?

Yes. Dreamscape Travel Co. can help with special requests for birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, destination weddings, family celebrations, group trips, and other milestone occasions.

Special request may include room preferences, celebration notes, dietary needs, mobility considerations, bedding requests, connecting rooms, accessible accommodations, or other important travel details.

Request are shared with the supplier, resort, cruise line, or travel partner. While requests cannot always be guaranteed, Dreamscape will make sure they are communicated clearly.

What travel documents will I need?

Travel documents depend on your destination, age, citizenship, airline, cruise line, and supplier requirements.

For domestic U.S. air travel, adult travelers generally need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of identification, such as a valid passport.

For international travel, each traveler usually needs a valid passport. Some countries require the passport to be valid for at least six months  beyond the travel dates. Some destinations may also require visas, electronic travel authorizations, vaccination documents, entry forms, or other official documents.

Dreamscape Travel Co. will help point you toward the correct official resources, but each traveler is responsible for making sure they have the proper travel documents before departure.

Why do I need travel protection?

Travel protection helps protect your trip investment when the unexpected happens.

It may help with situations such as trip cancellations, trip delays, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, lost luggage, or interrupted travel plans. Travel protection is especially important for international trips, cruises, group travel, family vacations, and trips booked far in advance.

Some suppliers or destinations may require proof of coverage. Even when itis not required, Dreamscape Travel Co. strongly recommends reviewing travel protection before making final decisions.

Can you help if something goes wrong during travel?

Yes. Dreamscape Travel Co. provides support before and during your trip.

If an issue happens while traveling, such as a resort concern, supplier issue, flight disruption, transfer problem, or unexpected travel change, Dreamscape can help guide you on next steps and work with the appropriate travel supplier when needed.

Dreamscape cannot control airline delays, weather, supplier decisions, government requirements, or emergency situations, but you will not be left without guidance.

How do we get started planning a trip?

The process starts with an inquiry form.

You will share your destination ideas, travel dates, number of travelers, budget range, travel style, and any special details that matter for your trip. After your inquiry is reviewed, Dreamscape Travel Co. will recommend the next step, which may include a complimentary planning call, additional questions, or a guided planning path.

Once the details are clear, Dreamscape will help you move toward selecting, securing, and preparing for your trip.

Will I be able to make payments on my vacation?

In many cases, yes. 

Many travel suppliers allow travelers to book with a deposit and make payments before the final payment deadline. The deposit amount, payment schedule, final payment date, cancellation rules, and change penalties are determined by the supplier.

Some trips may require full payment at the time of booking, especially if travel is close, promotional rules apply, or the supplier does not offer a payment plan.

Dreamscape Travel Co. will review the payment details before you authorize a deposit or payment.

Does Dreamscape Travel Co. collect my vacation payments?

No. Vacation payments are processed through the travel supplier's secure payment system whenever possible.

Dreamscape Travel Co. does not personally collect or hold vacation funds. This keeps your payment process clear, secure, and connected directly to the supplier providing the travel service.

Can group members pay separately?

In many cases, yes.

For group trips, suppliers often allow each traveler or household to make their own deposit and payments. Payment options depends on the supplier, group contract, rooming list, travel dates, and booking rules.

Dreamscape Travel Co. will provide payment instructions and deadline reminders so the group stays organized.

What if our group is traveling from different cities?

Dreamscape Travel Co. can help coordinate travel details for groups departing from different cities.

This may include reviewing flight options, arrival timing, airport transfers, hotel check-in details, and shared itinerary plans. The goal is to help the group arrive smoothly and stay organized.

Can you help with destination weddings, honeymoons, and romantic getaways?

For weddings and large groups, early planning is strongly recommended because space, pricing, room blocks, and supplier deadlines can change quickly.

For honeymoons, destination wedding, family vacations, cruises, international trips, and group travel, planning early gives you more time to compare options, secure availability, make payments, gather documents, and prepare properly.

Trips booed close to travel date may have fewer options, higher prices, stricter payment rules, or immediate final payment requirements.

Can Dreamscape Travel Co. guarantee prices?

No. Travel prices and availability can change until a deposit or full payment is made and the supplier confirms the booking.

Quotes are not guaranteed until the required payment is submitted and the supplier confirms the reservation. Dreamscape Travel Co. will always explain what is needed to secure your trip before payment is made.
